Our Mission Statement:

Our mission is to manifest the tender compassionate love of the Father to all, especially to the needy by our life witness. Towards this end we facilitate the formation of our students as integrated persons, promote their human dignity and impart an education that enables them to participate actively in the process of their own formation.

Aims and Objectives:

Keeping before us our vision we facilitate the growth of our students to be: God oriented, value oriented, the other oriented, wisdom oriented and positively oriented towards life.

At present the Society has under its management 19 Higher Primary Schools, 16 High Schools, 3 Pre-University Colleges, 1 First Grade Degree College, 1 Teachers’ Training D.Ed. College, 7 Tailoring/Grihini Schools and 11 Kindergarten schools. Most of these schools are in remote areas of eight districts in Karnataka and one district in Kerala State. The medium of Instruction is mainly Kannada. Majority of the students, hail from lower middle class and economically backward classes of the society.

All our schools provide opportunities for the students in their integral growth. Stress is laid on a value based quality education. They are encouraged to develop their hidden talents through talent search programme in schools as well as by participating in the inter school competitions conducted by the Department of Education and other organizations. School Assembly, Mock Parliament, School Pupil Leader election etc. are some of the occasions to bring out the latent leadership qualities in them. The schools also provide facilities to learn Dance, Karate, Yoga and Drawing by arranging classes in the school.

Academic results in all our schools are excellent. Our schools in the villages always stand first in their respective taluks. Some students excel in Sports and Games too. They have won medals at National level Sports meet.

Co-curricular activities such as Eco-friendly Club, Universal Solidarity Movement, Girl Guides, Scouts, and N.C.C. etc. help the students to develop their leadership qualities, increase their love for mother earth and respect for their brothers and sisters. They have exposure programmes to the Homes for the Aged, Asylums for the Abandoned and Prisons. In case of natural calamities in the country they willingly contribute their mite by sacrificing their small savings in order to help the less fortunate.

Ample opportunities are provided for the staff to update themselves by organizing seminars and encouraging them to attend content enrichment programmes organized by the Education Department. Parent-Teacher Association is very active in most of our schools. A day is set aside periodically for the parents to meet the teachers and discuss about the academic progress and character formation of their children. Parents are motivated and helped in the right way of bringing up their children through talks by experts. They co-operate and collaborate in all the activities of the school.
